After purchasing, you will receive a link to a Google form allowing you to input all customization options including colors, disability aids, modifications, and more. Many of these customization options include an additional price. You will need your order number for this form.
Once your form is submitted, we will begin working on your item and email you an invoice that will include the remaining balance of the base price ($35) PLUS the cost of any add-ons you selected. You MUST complete this invoice before anything will ship. This $35 listing is only a down payment and IS NOT refundable should you cancel your custom order after submitting the Google form.

All base dolls come with permanent underwear in a randomly selected color. Doll heads are removeable to allow for easy dressing. Dolls are partially poseable with wire in the limbs unless you request not to have the wire in. They are not suitable for children under 10 as safety eyes pose a choking hazard and the wire may poke out. All dolls come with an appropriately sized stand.
Base dolls take approximately two weeks to make, but may take longer to ship depending on any outfit orders or add-ons placed at the same time.
A 50% down payment of the total quoted amount is required upfront. The final 50% must be submitted before your item will ship. We reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason. Once you purchase using this listing, an email with a survey will be sent to you. Please fill out the survey with all requests and customization preferences. Once finished, you will receive an invoice for the second half of the base doll cost, plus any add-ons you requested in the survey. Your doll will begin production as soon as the survey is filled out, however, it will not ship until the invoice is completed. If you wish to make changes after submitting the survey, please message us. Keep a hold of your order number for the survey, and include it if you message us with additional requests or changes.
Dolls are made with Premier Parfait Chunky 100% Polyester yarn, wire, Polyfil, safety eyes, and chalk pastels for blushing. Made in a household with cats. Doll is not meant for heavy play. Please supervise young children with this plushie as the safety eyes can pose a choking hazard. Spot clean only.
